National Luau Day 2024 Activities. Attending a hawaiian luau is a unique opportunity to witness beautiful hawaiian culture and traditions come together in a mix of dances, dress, storytelling, and feasting that provides a lovely experience for every hawaiian visitor. Once dinner is complete, a dancing show with music, hula and costumes takes place.

The setting was beautiful with the sunset in the background (bring your sunglasses & a fan). Some of the national parks and shopping centers on the big island organize free cultural events.
